**Responsibilities**
- Learn company’s technologies, methods and products. Understand and practice company’s R&D strategies and objectives.
- Develop cutting-edge technologies in LC-MS, metabolomics and lipidomics area. The duties include:

- _1) Inspect authoritative publications to discern understudied topics._
- _2) Propose and craft novel, scientifically rigorous research ideas._
- _3) Plan, initiate, execute and manage development of new product/method formulations._
- _4) Keep good record for all projects. Summarize all project work in a formal end report following company’s project management standards._
- Communicate with internal/external researchers/users/clients.
- Prepare documents for publications or patents based on company’s demand.
- Perform routine office activities or other tasks that are assigned by the supervisor

**Skill and Qualifications**
- M.Sc. or Ph.D. in analytical chemistry or other relevant fields.
- At least 2 years of experience with LC-MS, metabolomics, and/or lipidomics techniques
- Knowledge of statistical analysis and data visualization software, such as R or Python
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills
