Essential Functions
- Perform reception activities and communicate with employees and customers
- Organize order-preparation paperwork and create invoices in the morning
- Perform various data entry and report-making activities
- Generate credit invoice for customers
- Making electronic or cash deposits to company bank accounts
- Process accounts and incoming payments in compliance with financial policies and procedures
- Perform day to day financial transactions, including verifying, classifying, computing, posting and recording accounts receivables’ data
- Prepare bills, invoices and bank deposits
- Reconcile the accounts receivable ledger to ensure that all payments are accounted for and properly posted.
- Verify discrepancies by and resolve clients’ billing issues
- Facilitate payment of invoices due by sending bill reminders
- Sorts invoices and send overdue invoices to customers; contacts them and writes letters, ensuring all payments are made.
- Prepares, monitors and analyzes monthly accounts receivable data including aging analysis.
- Communicate with customers on payment issues.
- Follow up on overdue payments and handle collections.
- Oversee account receivables collection for Montreal and Quebec City.
- Performs other duties as assigned.

**Qualifications**
- Fluent in Japanese will consider an asset
- Knowledge of accounting software, MS office suite
- Knowledge of bookkeeping will consider an asset
- Excellent customer service
- Excellent business negotiation skill
- General computer skills

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $19.00-$21.00 per year
