The team at **Square One Dental Centre** located in **Mississauga**, Ontario** are looking for a passionate, hard-working **Treatment Coordinator** on a **full-time** basis.

We are currently looking to fill a position for a Treatment Coordinator who will be part of our amazing team. You will represent our well-established, fast-paced dental practice and be part of our dynamic administrative team supporting our clinic’s operations.

123Dentist is Canada’s largest majority dentist-owned network of dental practices, with more than 400 locations nationwide and over 6,000 employees. Providing a long-term career in a growing network located in multiple communities across the country, at all levels of the industry.

**DUTIES**:

- Present treatment plans and work out financial agreements.
- Complete all pre-determinations for major work and follow up with patients.
- Effectively communicate and develop a strong working relationship with the Doctor and promote teamwork through cooperative and professional behaviors.
- Participate in the morning huddles with the administrative team.
- Schedule consultations/ treatment with patients
- Answer and return incoming calls from patients.
- Must be organized, professional and reliable.
- Knowledge of dental terminology
- Experience with Tracker would be considered an asset.
- Other duties may be assigned.
- Punctual and reliable

- ** Familiarity with dental procedures, their benefits, and risks**:

- ** Minimum of 3 years experience in an administrative role is required**:

- ** Previous experience in a Dental Treatment Coordinator or Dental Administrator**:

- Must be able to effectively communicate and educate patients on recommended treatment as well as present comprehensive treatment plans.
