We’re looking for our next Manager, Website Product. Could It Be You?
Working closely with the development leads, technology, marketing, design and product teams, this role will be responsible for the effective and efficient delivery of features across web properties that drive website performance and stability, enhanced user experience and speed to market for acquisition and business growth.

- Oversight of PI planning and prioritization within an agile environment to support marketing and business objectives
- Identify opportunities for standardization of features across projects to enhance delivery efficiencies
- Analyze existing processes for possible improvements
- Continually drive digital product development towards a meaningful balance between user needs, business objectives, resource utilization, and technical feasibility
- Oversight of web performance to inform optimizations for acquisition objectives
- Share results, insights and learnings to inform business decisions
- Be an advocate to champion an experimentation culture across the organization to embrace continuous optimization to drive business outcomes
- Lead the development, maintenance and evolution of core tools and services that power, support and enrich website functionality, usability and scalability across the enterprise
- Lead the development of the Content Management System (CMS) and Digital Asset Management (DAM) business/marketing requirements for business casing, vendor selection and implementation/migration roadmap
- Identify resource/skills requirements, team capacity and risks to deliver on implementation strategies and scope
- Effectively manage relationships across internal and external teams / partners and vendors

- Strong understanding of agile methodologies and experience working in an agile environment
- Proven experience establishing governance & operations frameworks and processes for website implementation
- Proven experience in managing CMS & DAM platforms for successful implementation of web initiatives
- Demonstrable success in launching websites that require facilitation and coordination across multiple teams and stakeholders
- Strong web technical skills to maintain and lead continuous improvement of tools and services that power, support and enrich website experience, functionality, usability and scalability across the enterprise
- Extremely organized, detail-oriented and able to manage scope and priorities across multiple teams and project streams
- Strong interpersonal, problem solving and decision making skills
- Strong analytical capability to interpret data and turn them into actionable recommendations
- Ability to organize, frame and articulate performance results and recommendations in a simple and effective manner to senior leaders and stakeholders
- Proven ability to effectively manage and prioritize the needs of multiple stakeholders

Additional kudos if you have
- Previous experience in financial services
- Experience in SEO tools (Ahrefs, etc.), web analytics tools (Google Analytics, etc.) and conversion and optimization tools (Adobe Target)
- Working knowledge of web code to fluidly converse with full-stack developers, front-end developers and UX designers
