**Now for the other stuff - what you’ll actually do**:

- Responsible for outbound sales activities - meeting weekly/monthly/annual targets
- Use our CRM to track your daily sales activities
- Complete client discovery meetings and prepare proposals that provide marketing solutions that meet the client's objectives
- Attend networking events to make interesting new connections
- Develop relationships with prospective clients that open the door for new business opportunities
- Present our business model and facilitate group conversations that change client's thinking
- Manage the sales process and close win-win deals
- Work collaboratively with our technical team to ideate and execute marketing plans

**Things that make you awesome**:

- 2-3 years of outbound sales experience: cold calling, networking, group presentations, and client management
- Excellent relationship building skills
- Proficient negotiator with an aptitude in objection handling
- Exceptional communication skills (Outstanding written and presentation abilities, with the adaptability to tailor communication style to suit diverse audiences) - this ROLE isn't for the quiet or shy
- Passionate self-starter with an entrepreneurial spirit
- Likes to have fun and laugh
- Loves to learn, is curious and asks questions

**Good to know**
- This is an in-office position from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. (West Edmonton)
- Your own vehicle and a valid class 5 license is mandatory

**You can look forward to**
- Base salary of $45,000 plus regular commission and bonuses with the potential to make $80-$100k annually if sales targets are met

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $45,000.00-$100,000.00 per year
