Bookkeeper/administrative Assistant

We specialize in managing commercial and industrial rental properties. The accounting administrator role is expected to manage the accounting functions associated with managing the various properties within our portfolio. This includes but is not limited to the following tasks and responsibilities.
- *Offering Remote or in-person work. Flexible hours either either part-time or full-time, some weekend availability may be required but is not mandatory._
**Responsibilities**:
- Record, organize and process incoming bills from vendors and supplies.
- Record Monthly Rent Invoices, send customer statements and issue notices/demand letters as required.
- communicate with vendors and tenants regarding billings and notices
- Reconcile all AR and AP accounts and report discrepancies to PM
- Record and Reconcile Purchase orders with invoices.
- Update and maintain accounting spreadsheets, gather and update budgets, cash flow and variance analysis reports.
- Produce Financial Statements on a monthly or as requested basis.
- Other accounting tasks that fall within the scope.
- Online Filing System Management
**Education and Skills**:
- Post-secondary education in accounting
- Advanced skills in Excel
- Experience with QuickBooks Desktop
- Experience working in real estate or property management accounting administration.
- Strong organization skills
- Time Management Skills
**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Freelance
Part-time hours: 20-40 per week
**Salary**: $42,000.00-$55,000.00 per year
