Key Responsibilities:
- Drive exceptional customer service experiences
- Foster meaningful relationships with clients
- Ensure coverage aligns with established standards
- Provide polished and professional insurance quotes
- Strive towards, and surpass, monthly sales targets
Qualifications We Value:
- 5+ years of outstanding customer service expertise
- 2+ years of Insurance brokerage experience
- Sales experience
- Proficient in TAM, Applied Rating Services, and Microsoft Office
- Current Alberta Insurance Council Level 1 General License
- A growth mindset, emotional intelligence, and excellent communication skills
