**Some of what you will do**:
The Program Manager owns the Print Membership program and will lead our efforts to grow customer loyalty & lifetime value by creating value and delivering program elements with excellence. The incumbent will keep the program fresh and relevant and develop personalized communication opportunities with customers in the program. The Program Manager will also oversee all category management functions related to set up and maintenance of digital storefronts that anchor the Membership program. The Program Manager also oversees category functions related to our Print Partnership portfolio and will be the primary point of contact for enrolled partners. They will conduct regular business reviews with partners, updating on Staples performance metrics and working to correct and shortfalls. The Program Manager will work to grow revenue with existing partners by exploring Lines of Business expansion and working to help partners expand usage among their users. Each day will be challenging, fast paced, meaningful and rewarding.

**Specifically, You Will**:
**Financial**
- Executes Sales & Margin plan for omni-channel
- Support sales plan for Print sales teams within Staples Canada and Staple Professional channels
- Perform regular business reviews ensuring plan are tracking to target
- Responsible for forecasting of sales and margin for membership program and PSP Customers
- Develops pricing strategies that maximize sales & profit
- Responsible for year end reconciliation

**Program Development and Maintenance**
- Execute on the strategic plans, program development and road mapping of the B2B Print Membership program and Print Services Provider program
- Create strategies, incentives and communications to increase the penetration of the print sales and programs to the membership customer base
- Tailor strategic partnership opportunities to improve the membership program value proposition for customers and enhance their experience
- Ensure all conversion & retention strategies are built with an omni-channel focus & direct linkage to our membership strategy
- Responsible for program communication at Retail, Online and Sales Team channels
- Define and implement processes and to effectively leverage CRM and membership activities in cooperation with the digital teams.
- Work cross functionally with internal stakeholders (Category Management, Marketing, Retail Operations and Customer Service) to ensure a successful execution of the membership strategy
- Work cross functionally with the production team, and fleet and supply team, and sales enablement team to ensure print quality and proper execute of the Print Service Provider partnerships
- Develop and execute program marketing strategies to drive increased program acquisition, spend and overall engagement
- Use program analysis to develop targeted offer strategies and associated marketing communications.

**Provides Leadership & Development for direct reports**
- Inspires & creates a high performing Category Specialists
- Provide leadership to direct reports
- Stays close to industry trends and leads team to create business value & respond to threats, executes one : one development of team members and creating opportunities for team learning for team members

**Some of what you need**:

- Post secondary degree/diploma with a focus in business, retail management or equivalent experience
- Minimum 5 years of loyalty/ membership experience in a data-driven role with a both marketing and CRM background
- Proven track record of using data to inform hypotheses that lead to high impact customer insights
- Track record of launching new digital products, including loyalty and/or customer retention programs
- Understanding of best practices in the loyalty and membership industry
- Knowledge of the print industry, trends and print on demand products
- Proactive and self-motivated work style with proven ability to support multiple projects in a dynamic environment
- Proven track record of analysis, interpretation and action aligned with business priorities and vision
