**Vos défis au quotidien**:

- Préparer les formulaires administratifs pour les allocations de bourses, l’achat de matériel, les demandes de paiement et préparer des rapports de ventilation. Recueillir les approbations requises et assurer le suivi du traitement de ces dossiers;
- Effectuer la mise à jour régulière des dossiers et des fichiers informatiques de gestion;
- Participer aux tests requis lors de la mise en place de nouvelles fonctionnalités, de correctifs et de mises à jour des systèmes utilisés;
- Identifier les problèmes qui nuisent à la bonne marche de l’administration, en informer la direction et émettre des recommandations;
- Assumer la responsabilité du système de classement et appliquer la procédure d’archivage;
- Recueillir, expliquer et diffuser les politiques et procédures administratives en vigueur au personnel, aux chercheurs et aux étudiants;
- Consulter diverses lectures spécialisées et participer à des activités de formation pour se tenir au courant des nouvelles procédures administratives et systèmes informatiques;
- Peut être appelé à effectuer des tâches et responsabilités connexes ou inférieures.

**Ce qu’il vous faut pour réussir dans ce rôle**:

- Scolarité | Diplôme d’étude collégiale en administration, comptabilité ou bureautique ou l’équivalent;
- Expérience | Une année d’expérience pertinente;
- Une grande aisance avec les technologies et une excellente maîtrise de la suite Office et des outils collaboratifs Office 365;
- Une habileté en relation interpersonnelle (approche client) et dans la vulgarisation d’information technique;
- Une connaissance du milieu de la recherche ou du financement par subventions (un atout).
