We’re looking for someone who.
- Wants to work on a variety of initiatives related to recruiting, employee relations, talent management, competency reviews, engagement, and other HR programs.
- Will support the recruitment & selection process, demand forecast and analyze workforce-planning data ensuring a robust talent pipeline.
- Understands how to translate culture into local people solutions that resonate with employees and positively impact the business
- Demonstrates excellent communication and interpersonal skills (verbal, written, presentation, listening) and the ability to interact comfortably at all levels of the organization
- Develop local actions to promote and drive already established guidelines to talent management, People Package budgeting and rewards philosophies
- Is adept at coaching, mentoring, and performance management to coach for improvement or high potential development
- Can operate with a high degree of autonomy. Is flexible and can adapt easily to changing priorities and multiple tasks. Has a strong work ethic and well-honed prioritization and organizational skills
- Is a strategic problem solver and demonstrates the ability to propose and implement ideas and solutions while also understanding the importance and need to implement some tactical work
- Is highly analytical with strong Excel skills and the ability to pull insights from data to tell a strong story through those findings
- Can ensure strong data quality across all positions and lead HRIS management
- Exercises a high degree of discretion in working with sensitive information
- Is energized by a high growth, high change environment and both the good and challenging things that come along with that

All towards the end goal of helping us build a strong functional approach to People, benefiting employees and the business overall.

WHAT YOU NEED TO SUCCEED:

- Bachelor’s degree required.
- Minimum 3 year directly related experience
- CPG experience a plus
- Experience with one or more of the following: HR Coordinator, Learning & Development, Talent Management, Recruitment OE/OD and Coaching
- Strong computer skills: PC with experience in Microsoft Suite (especially Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint)
