**Résumé du poste**:
Le responsable adjoint du magasin James Perse aide le responsable du magasin dans toutes les questions liées à la supervision des employés, à la satisfaction des clients et à la réalisation des objectifs de vente et de performance du magasin.

**Responsabilités**:

- Contribuer au développement d'une équipe diversifiée et professionnelle par le biais d'un recrutement et d'une formation constants.
- Montrer l'exemple en assurant le plus haut niveau de satisfaction de la clientèle, en veillant à ce que toutes les interactions avec les clients soient mémorables et conformes aux normes de l'entreprise.
- Stimuler les performances du magasin en évaluant et en réalisant les indicateurs clés de performance.
- Veiller à ce que tous les employés respectent les politiques, pratiques et procédures de l'entreprise en matière de vente et d'exploitation.
- Faire preuve d'une grande connaissance de la marque et participer aux sessions de formation sur la connaissance des produits.
- Favoriser l'utilisation des ressources numériques pour améliorer l'expérience du service à la clientèle.
- Résoudre les problèmes difficiles des clients et les transmettre à la direction si nécessaire.
- Mettre en œuvre tous les programmes de formation de l'entreprise de manière efficace afin de développer le personnel.
- Évaluer les employés au quotidien en les encadrant sur le moment et en analysant les réussites et les opportunités individuelles afin de s'assurer que les objectifs de vente sont atteints.
- Communiquer efficacement les besoins et les idées au directeur du magasin afin d'améliorer l'activité.
- Respecter et appliquer les politiques de prévention des pertes et de sécurité, les politiques et procédures de crédit, c'est-à-dire les cartes de crédit, les remises, les achats des employés, les registres de dépôt, les politiques de retour et d'échange.
- Veiller à ce que toutes les marchandises soient présentées de manière attrayante, en respectant les directives visuelles de chaque marque.
- Veiller à ce que toutes les marchandises de la réserve et du stock soient conformes aux normes de l'organisation.
- Responsable de l'ouverture et de la fermeture du magasin, y compris de la sécurisation des portes, des fenêtres et de la marchandise, de l'alarme du magasin et des procédures POS.

**Qualifications**:

- Diplôme universitaire en marketing, administration, commerce ou expérience équivalente.
- 2 à 3 ans d'expérience dans la gestion et la vente au détail (dans le secteur de la mode de luxe, un atout)
- Excellentes aptitudes à la communication orale et écrite
- Solides compétences en leadership et capacité à motiver les gens afin d'atteindre les objectifs de vente.
- Grandes compétences en matière d'organisation et de planification, avec une capacité d'adaptation rapide
- Excellentes compétences en matière de service à la clientèle
- Capacité à travailler en équipe
- Disponibilité pour travailler dans le commerce de détail

**Title**: Assistant Store Manager

**Position summary**:
The Assistant Store Manager for James Perse helps the Store Manager in all matters related to employee supervision, customer satisfaction and achieving store sales and performance goals.

**Responsibilities**:

- Aid in the development of a diverse and professional team through constant recruitment and training
- Lead by example by providing the highest level of customer satisfaction, ensuring that all interactions with customers are memorable and up to company standards
- Drive store performance by evaluating and delivering business KPIs
- Ensure that all employees comply with company policies, practices and procedures pertaining to sales and operations
- Display a strong level of brand awareness and participate in product knowledge training sessions
- Drive the use of digital assets to enhance the customer service experience
- Resolve difficult customer issues and escalate to upper management when necessary
- Implement all company training programs effectively in order to develop staff
- Evaluate employees on a daily basis through coaching in the moment and analyzing individual successes and opportunities to ensure sales objectives are met
- Effectively communicate needs and ideas to the Store Manager in order to elevate the business
- Adhere to and enforce loss prevention and security policies, credit policies and procedures, i.e. credit cards, discounts, employee purchases, deposit logs, return and exchange policies
- Ensure that all merchandise is attractively displayed, adhering with the visual guidelines of each brand
- Ensure that all stock room and back stock merchandise meets organization standards
