Ce poste est virtuel, nous fournissons tout l’équipement requis pour travailler.

Heures de travail : Semaine de travail de 5 jours incluant tous les samedis et dimanches, 2 jours de congé en milieu de semaine, toutefois l'heure de début du travail variera selon l'emplacement.

Prime de quart Admissible : Fins de semaine permanentes travaillant le samedi et le dimanche. La prime de quart est de 3 000 $ par année. Payé deux fois par an.

Principales responsabilités:

- Traitement des appels entrants des clients pour les aider à réserver leurs besoins de voyage
- Résoudre les demandes des clients au premier point de contact
- Éduquer les clients sur les produits, les programmes et les services tels que les vols, les hôtels
- Gestion des escalades du service client et résolution au premier appel.
- Assistance technique et navigation en ligne et dépannage
- Utiliser les ressources en ligne et internes pour s'assurer que les interactions sont précises et conformes à tous les processus commerciaux alignés sur les règles et réglementations de notre programme de fidélité.
- Utilisation de multiples outils, plateformes de réservation et d'échange
- Échanges de vols/remboursements/changements d'horaires/impliquant des calculs manuels (rôle de service)
- Servir des clients à travers le monde avec un accent prédominant sur notre clientèle en Amérique du Nord
- Gestion des courriels
- Rester au courant des avancées de l'industrie, de la formation de fidélité et du matériel de référence.
- Utilisation de l'ordinateur (maîtrise de Microsoft) et compétences Internet.
- La mise en place d’un Tableau de bord pour mesurer adéquatement les performances individuelles et celles d'équipe

Compétences et qualifications clés:

- Compétence en dactylographie : minimum 45 mots par minute
- 1+ ans d'expérience de travail dans un environnement au rythme rapide de centres d'appels entrant
- Aptitude pour les mathématiques : comprendre les pourcentages, les taxes, etc.
- Haut niveau de service client composé de:

- Capacité proactive à identifier les problèmes (techniques ; problèmes spécifiques au compte ou au programme client), à formuler des solutions et à exécuter des procédures de dépannage étape par étape
- Sentiment d'urgence élevé avec le plus haut niveau de respect et d'adhésion aux protocoles de vie privée et de confidentialité
- Maîtrise de l'anglais et le Français (parlé et écris)
- Diplôme d'études secondaires ou l'équivalent GED
- Diplôme de voyage un atout
