**The Opportunity**
- Employment Type:
- Permanent Full Time 1.0 FTE- Hours of Work:
- Monday to Friday 1400 -2200 hours Behavioral experience preferred
- Wages:
- $ 25.10 - $ 27.95In this leadership position, you will be responsible for the direct day-to-day service delivery. You will also coach and provide direction to the staff, be a direct liaison with guardians and be involved in all aspects of direct client support. Client support skills may include personal care, lifting and transferring and behavioural management.

**Requirements**:

- Valid First Aid and CPR Certification
- A current and clear Criminal Records Check Form and if applicable a Vulnerable Sector Check that has been obtained no more than 90 calendar days prior to the hire date.
- A tuberculosis screening that has been completed no more than 12 months prior to the hire date.
