Benchmark Trade Solutions is a privately owned Canadian Transportation and warehousing solutions provider servicing all North America.

This position is full time, in office at our Milton ON Location.

**Position Summary**

This is a great entry level opportunity, The Inside Logistics Sales position is responsible for growing the company through generating new leads through sales initiatives, cold calling, and expanding customer relationships. The goal of the Inside Logistics Sales is to generate opportunities leading to increase sales.

**Qualifications**:

- Motivated and enthusiastic self starter.
- Experience or knowledge of the transportation industry is preferable.
- Sales experience an asset.
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal.
- Knowledge of French is an asset but not required.
- Ability to multitask.
- Comfortable with a variety of technology and software

**Responsibilities**
- Generates leads and sales through cold calling and through follow ups of current customers and database.
- Represents the company with professionalism and respect.
- Evaluates and assigns opportunities to appropriate business unit.
- Prepares and presents quotations to customers.
- Follows up and provides feedback to pricing on quotations.
- Work with customers to create custom tailored solutions for their business.
- Maintain customer relationships and develop and implement strategies for expanding the company’s customer base.
- Achieves or exceeds targets as set out by the company.
- Review and closely monitor account performance and profitability. Communicate issues and concerns with operations and senior management when required.
- Managing appropriate pipelines and update key customer information.
- Prepares and presents sales reports as required to senior management.
- Other duties as required.

**Compensation**

Competitive salary based with benefits provided.

**Salary**: $35,294.87-$68,225.96 per year
