We’re currently looking for a Sales Lead to help in our continued growth and expansion.

**Job Summary**:
KEEN is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Lead to join our team in Edmonton. In this role, you will be responsible for prospecting, identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining relationships with clients, and driving sales growth. You will work closely with our team of creative and strategic professionals to develop proposals, pitch ideas to potential clients, and close new sales.

**Responsibilities**:

- Proactively seeking new business opportunities for KEEN Creative
- Researching and identifying client and industry opportunities across Canada
- Networking and leveraging your contacts to drive sales
- Responding to any new sales leads and opportunities
- Developing and presenting proposals to clients
- Building and maintaining relationships with clients
- Working collaboratively with the entire team to ensure clients are taken care of.
- Meeting or exceeding monthly sales targets
- Attend various networking events as a representative of KEEN

**Key Qualifications**:

- Proven track record of exceeding sales goals and targets
- Extremely comfortable making cold-calls to drive business
- Comfortable in social and networking environments
- Strong interpersonal communication skills
- Self-motivated with an ability to work independently
- Valid driver's license and access to a reliable vehicle
- Strong aptitude for research & learning
- Experience using CRM and digital networking tools an asset
- Experience in advertising, media, marketing, or creative fields is an asset.
- Post secondary degree with a business or marketing focus an asset
- Large personal and professional network is an asset
