Sunchild Child & Family Services is looking for an HR Coordinator who reports to the Executive Director in coordination with Director of Operations and Finance Supervisor. Supports the operations of the HR, and Finance functions by helping supervisors collect and update employee records and miscellaneous information. This Assistant will assist the hiring team in pre-recruitment and onboarding by distributing job descriptions, participating in screening, coordinating interviews, and generating orientation materials. It will also guide new hires, help them in the transitional period, respond to their questions, and explain their duties in detail. This Assistant will also help employees choose the most suitable incentive programs, guide them through the enrollment procedure, and help them gather and submit applicable documents for these purposes.

**Responsibilities**:

- Assist with all internal and external HR related inquiries or requests.
- Maintain both hard and digital copies of employees' records.
- Assist with performance management procedures.
- Schedule meetings, interviews, HR events and maintain agendas.
- Coordinate training sessions and seminars.
- Perform orientations and update records of new staff.
- Produce and submit reports on general HR activity.
- Assist with attendance and ad-hoc HR projects.
- Support other assigned functions.

Experience
- Experience in a human resources role
- Proficiency in data entry and HRIS systems (e.g., Ceridian, ADP, Kronos, SAP)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills to effectively communicate with employees at all levels of the organization
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
- Knowledge of recruiting best practices and employment laws
