**Responsibilities**:
- Business development of existing and new Key Account business contacts into long-term business relationships
- Build, develop, qualify, and close a pipeline of new business opportunities required to achieve sales objectives
- Ensure the assigned annual sales plan for the role is achieved
- Present applicable Gunnebo’s solutions and services of our full product portfolio that addresses the specific customer’s Operational and Security needs and budgets
- Understand and act upon cross-selling opportunities
- Maintain frequent contact with all clients and deliver best-in-class customer service through value-add solutions and proactive project management of client projects
- Deliver advanced solution presentations, (verbal and written) to prospective customers that comprehensively outline the solutions, benefits, and ROI of our products and services
- Oversight management of client key projects to ensure effective completion and sign-off by the customer
- Stay current with external and internal developments within the industry
- Some travel out of market may be required
**Job Requirements**:
- 5-7 years of sales experience in related field with a proven track record of exceeding sales targets
- 3 years of experience in the Security industry, (technical or sales) with a strong working knowledge of electronic security solutions, (Card Access, Camera Systems, Intrusion, VMS, etc)
- A good working knowledge of high-security locks would be a definite asset
- A proven background utilizing a solution sales approach strategy
- Strong business acumen with the ability to quickly understand the client’s business, processes, and objectives that will translate into effective solution propositions and build strong client relationships
- Exceptional communication, (verbal and written) and interpersonal skills
- Excellent organizational, time management, negotiation, and customer service skills
- Proficiency in all Microsoft Office software packages and overall computer skills
- Possess a valid driver’s license

**Salary**: $70,000.00-$75,000.00 per year
