**What You’ll Do**:
**What You’re Responsible For**:
- Oversee and support the sourcing, screening, interviewing, and hiring process for retail stores
- Own and lead social media channels and content creation aligned to employment branding.
- Partner with key stakeholders to understand hiring needs
- Create and post all jobs through our ATS and online job boards.
- Manage and build a talent pipeline.
- Strategize NSO hiring plans and support.
- Provide recruitment training to store leaders.
- Build process maps, workflows, and checklists to ensure consistent recruitment practices are followed.
- Identify and lead campus recruitment efforts.
- Support retail teams with proactive efforts to forecast and identify future talent needs through data analysis.
- Travel to markets to support in-person hiring events as needed.
- Complete recruitment projects and ad hoc tasks as needed.
**Who You Bring**:
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience hiring in a retail environment.
- Previous experience in talent acquisition or recruitment function is ideal.
- Excellent communication skills both verbal and written.
- Proven networking abilities with established connections
- Results driven and must possess a high degree of initiative, attention to detail, professionalism, and self-motivation in accomplishing tasks.
- Must have experience in high volume recruitment.
- Strong interpersonal skills, intellectual problem solving and an outstanding ability to build relationships both internally and externally.
