**Overview**:
Providing our clients with exceptional service is the foundation of our business. In **Litigation Support**, you'll play a vital role in the litigation process assisting our clients with their data needs. You will be responsible for the intake and processing of transcripts, files and exhibits and making sure they are readily accessible to the client.

**What you'll do**:

- Work closely with court reporters to process/produce deposition transcripts
- Run quality control on vendor provided data, adhere to their instructions/notes and reconcile inconsistencies
- Ensure orders and products are processed accurately, timely and confidentially in accordance with all state and federal regulations
- Send deliverables electronically to clients and assist them with accessing their data through proprietary software
- Build and maintain relationships with and provide support to court reporters

- Must possess excellent written and verbal communication skills
