Customer Service Representative

**Responsibilities**:

- Manage incoming phone calls and respond to customer inquiries in a professional and timely manner.
- Utilize Excel to organize and analyze customer data, track inquiries, and generate reports as needed.
- Utilize Spire (Business Vision) or similar software to manage customer accounts, process orders, and maintain accurate records.
- Operate Labelview 2019 for printing, stickering and organizing labels for outgoing shipments in a timely manner.
- Utilize Google Calendar for shipping, keeping organized in conjunction with our operations manager.
- Maintain a high level of accuracy and attention to detail when entering and updating customer information, orders or labels.
- Manage labels and ensure accurate labeling of products according to company standards. This includes completing inventory and coordinating an order with our supplier.
- Collaborate with other team members to streamline processes and improve overall efficiency.
- Stay updated on product information and company policies to better assist customers and provide relevant information.
- Handle customer complaints and escalations professionally and effectively, seeking resolutions to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Assist with other administrative tasks and special projects as assigned.
- Other duties as assigned due to the seasonal nature of our business.

**Skills**:

- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel for data analysis and reporting.
- Experience with Spire (Business Vision) or similar ERP software preferred.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think critically.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Previous customer service experience preferred.

**Work Hour requirements**:
Regular work hours are modified throughout the year and will come to 2000 hours per year.
- 7:30 AM - 6:00 PM Mid-March to Early June (Must be fully available this time of year)
- 7:30 AM - 5:00 PM June
- 7:30 AM - 4:00 PM July - Mid March.

**Compensation**:

- Salary: $48,000. ($24.00/Hour - ~2000 hours per year)

Pay: $24.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 - 54 per week
