**Employee Benefits Plan Administrator**

This is an entry level position. Training is provided. Include a covering letter with your resume.

We help successful business owners build a better benefits plan than they can get anywhere else.

- Reimburse claim payments quickly and accurately according to client plan terms
- Process administrative changes daily including enrollments, terminations, status changes
- Prepare and issue monthly client billing statements for an assigned group of clients, based on up-to-date administrative changes
- Peer review monthly client billing statements for accuracy
- Prepare and update employee benefits plan booklets based on plan terms
- Correspond with insurers as required for approval of member benefits coverage

Position requires:
Excellent speed / accurate data entry skills

Attention to detail

Ability to multi-task and prioritize work

Clear communication skills with ability to handle client and member inquiries

Ability to work as a member of a team

The Benefits Trust is a third party administrator which manages group benefits plans for a diverse number of clients. In 2024, we are celebrating our 30th anniversary.
