Operations Manager

**Job Summary**:
We are seeking an Operations Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of our business. The Operations Manager will be responsible for ensuring that all projects are completed on time and within budget, while maintaining the highest level of quality and safety.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Plan and coordinate the execution of all projects
- Manage and supervise field personnel, including scheduling and training
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies
- Develop and implement quality control measures to ensure customer satisfaction
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop project proposals and estimates
- Monitor and control project budgets and expenses
- Identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and productivity
- Maintain relationships with clients, vendors, and stakeholders
**Qualifications**:
- Bachelor's degree in civil engineering, construction management, or a related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in construction management, preferably in the traffic line painting or pavement maintenance industry
- Experience managing and supervising field personnel
- Strong knowledge of safety regulations and compliance standards
- Strong project management skills, including budgeting and scheduling
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to think strategically and identify process improvements
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and project management software
**Physical Requirements**:
- Ability to work in a construction environment, which may include exposure to dust, noise, and varying temperatures
- Ability to walk, stand, and climb for extended periods of time
