**Position Overview**

We are seeking a highly motivated, detail-oriented and passionate Listing Analyst to join our dynamic team. As a Listing Analyst, you will play a crucial role in managing our product listings and optimizing them to enhance visibility, click-through rates (CTR), and sales performance across all our sales channels including Amazon, eBay, Walmart and eCommerce across North America. In other words, our listings must stand out and deliver

You will play a crucial role in ensuring the success of our products on all the major marketplaces as well as on our own branded channels. Working in collaboration with the marketing and product teams, you will not just own but lead and champion.

**Primary Responsibilities**
- Manage the end-to-end process of creating, updating, and publishing product listings across multiple online marketplaces, ensuring accuracy and alignment with our brand guidelines.
- Analyze existing product listings to identify areas for improvement, while also keeping a close eye on industry and competitor listings to stay informed about current trends and optimization strategies.
- Conduct thorough keyword research to discover popular and relevant terms that resonate with our target audience. Implement data-driven strategies to enhance listing visibility and align with SEO best practices.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, IT, and product, as well as external partners like Amazon and eBay. Ensure that listing content is aligned with our overall marketing strategies, promotions, and product launches.
- Carry out A/B testing to determine the most effective listing combinations while maintaining compliance with marketplace standards and regulations.
- Regularly monitor and analyze sales and performance metrics for all listings across various channels. Leverage analytical tools to gauge the impact of changes and A/B tests, identifying further opportunities for optimization.

**Required Skills and Abilities**
- Proven experience in marketplaces/ecommerce product listing management and optimization is ideal.
- Strong understanding of marketplace platforms, product categorization, ecommerce, SEO and cataloging best practices on Amazon/eBay/Walmart Seller dashboards, Google Analytics, Ads, CMS, etc.
- Tech-savvy, knowledgeable and quick to learn modern software and performance management tools.
- Excellent written and fluent in English; working knowledge of French and Spanish is a bonus.
- Strong written communication skills with an ability to craft persuasive and engaging product content is a must.
- Proficiency in using keyword research tools and analytics platforms such as Helium 10.
- Detail-oriented with a keen eye for visual aesthetics, image selection and enhancing the overall customer experience.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to draw insights and conclusions from data and metrics and comfortable presenting findings and recommendations to senior management in a clear and concise manner.
- Self-motivated and cooperative with roll-up the sleeves attitude to get the work done with ability to work independently, as well as collaboratively within a team.
- Adaptability to thrive in a fast-paced and ever-changing digital environment.
