**Responsibilities**:

- Conduct outbound calls to potential customers to promote and sell products or services
- Use sales techniques to persuade customers to purchase products or services
- Maintain a high level of product knowledge to effectively answer customer questions and overcome objections
- Document all customer interactions and update customer records in the CRM system
- Meet or exceed sales targets and goals on a consistent basis
- Collaborate with the sales team to identify new business opportunities and strategies

**Skills**:

- Strong sales skills with a proven track record of success in inside sales or telemarketing
- Excellent negotiation and persuasion abilities
- Knowledge of market trends and competition in the industry
- Familiarity with technology sales or technical products is a plus
- Ability to build rapport with customers and establish long-term relationships
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Proficiency in French is a plus
- Self-motivated and driven to achieve targets and goals
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team

**Job Type**: Part-time

**Salary**: $18.55-$35.55 per hour

Expected hours: 15 per week

**Education**:

- Secondary School (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Retail sales: 3 years (preferred)
- sales: 3 years (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

- Driving Licence (preferred)

Ability to Commute:

- Ottawa, ON K1B 5N1 (required)

Ability to Relocate:

- Ottawa, ON K1B 5N1: Relocate before starting work (required)

Work Location: In person
