**About the Role**:

- Reporting to the Business Development Manager/Senior Management Team, the Telemarketer will be responsible for fostering, maintaining and supporting client relationships, as well as agent relationships. The job will require you to liaise with clients, respond to requests and proactively problem solve.
- Support all in-bound phone web and in-office inquiries
- Research, qualify, develop and convert incoming sales leads
- Follow up on trade show/webinar leads
- Cold calling to potential customers
- Provide qualified opportunities to the outside sales team
- Work closely with industry experts and team partners

**Requirements**:

- Post secondary school
- Telemarketing Experience
- Experience meeting sales goals/targets
- Professional phone presence with active listening skills
- Ability to multitask and change priorities to consistently meet and exceed customer expectations
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Familiarity with CRM Software
- Investigative nature used to solicit detailed information from the customer
- Ability to speak English and French (is an asset)
- A strong drive to go above and beyond is essential to this position

**Schedule**:

- Day/afternoon shifts
- Weekend - Day Shifts

Pay structure: Base salary of $20/ hour and bonuses paid out. Salary range would be $40,000-$70,000 for full time

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $40,000.00-$70,000.00 per year

Expected hours: 15 - 40 per week
