To keep up with customer demand, we are looking for a Project Manager. This role works with a multifunctional group to support customer requirements.

**Responsibilities**
- Work with Project Sponsor and stakeholders to complete project charter outlining scope, goals, deliverables, required resources, budget and schedule.
- Ensure projects follow defined departmental processes and procedures.
- Identify and manage project risk and generate a risk management plan.
- Create and maintain a detailed project schedule and identify when each task will be performed.
- Manage, respond to, and communicate, schedule delays.
- Facilitate problem resolution through appropriate corrective action.
- Effectively manage project scope by ensuring any changes to scope are documented and approved with project change requests.
- Interact with engineering, production planning, supply chain and manufacturing on project deliverables.
- Create and maintain processes to ensure project management documentation, reports and plans are relevant accurate and complete.
- Track and report on project performance, providing real time, comprehensive reports and report to Project Sponsor.
- Document and share lessons learned and best practices across projects and programs.
- Build relationships with stakeholders and broker relationships at all levels.
- Develop and maintain a solid understanding of customer needs, methods and procedures relevant to internal processes.
- Initiate and organize meetings with stakeholders and management to address challenges.
- Know and understand workplace health and safety rights and responsibilities.
- Follow safe work procedures and act safely in the workplace at all times.
- Maintain a safe working environment within the department and on each job.
- Use the protective clothing, devices, and equipment required for the job.
- Complete all applicable quality records.
- Perform work in accordance with IMW documented policies and procedures.

**Qualifications**
- Engineering degree or diploma in a technical field of study (e.g. Electrical or Mechanical Engineering).
- Certificate or Degree in project management preferred.
- 3-5 years’ experience in project management preferably in a manufacturing environment.
- Strong understanding of Project Management Body of Knowledge (PMBOK) and PMI methodology.
- Strong communication and problem resolution skills.
- Strong track record of successfully completed projects in the manufacturing industry.
- Effective time management and organizational skills
- Detail orientated with ability to multi-task and meet deadlines.
- Excellent internal and external customer service skills with the ability to establish and maintain effective relationships.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $75,000.00-$90,000.00 per year
