**Company Description**

Frontline Machinery Ltd. is a dynamic enterprise with over 20 years of experience in heavy machinery sales, rentals, parts, and services for the aggregate processing, waste and recycling, biomass production, and heavy civil construction sectors. We work with a strong and growing network of clients from BC to Ontario to increase their productivity and reduce their costs with our inventory of high quality heavy equipment and parts from leading brands. **Role Description**

This is a full-time role as a Financial Controller located in Chilliwack, BC, with flexibility for some remote work. The Financial Controller will be responsible for tracking and reporting on all financial transactions, maintaining the general ledger, ensuring compliance with accounting standards, and preparing financial statements. They will also be responsible for analyzing financial data and assisting with budget planning and forecasting. A more complete list of duties is as follows:

- Manage and oversee daily bookkeeping Operations
- Manage and supervise local and remote AP and AR team members across various branches located in Canada
- Bookkeeping data entry
- Manage Cash flow
- Provide Management Reports and Financial Analysis as needed
- Liaison with external accountants, bankers, Insurance Representatives
- Ensure all Statutory Requirements are met
- Preparation of Income tax returns, GST returns and Payroll CPP, EI.
- Accounts Payable - Review and authorize payments
- Accounts Receivable - collection of account receivable on a timely basis.
- Credit checking and authorization of credit accounts
- Responsible for Financial year end preparation for accounting firm.
- Various ad-hoc financial analysis

**Qualifications**
- Financial Statements and Financial Reporting skills
- Strong Analytical Skills and Finance knowledge
- Expertise in Accounting
- Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field
- 3-5 years of relevant experience in financial management
- Experience with ERP systems and financial reporting software
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Attention to detail and accuracy

Preferred qualifications:

- CPA designation or equivalent
- Experience in the heavy equipment industry
- Experience with Canadian tax regulations and accounting standards
