**Job Summary**:
This position provides professional administrative support to the President, Human Resources Team, and the Leadership Team. The position works across different areas of the operations team, in addition to the executive responsibilities to the President.

**Essential Job Functions**:
Primary duties include, but are not limited to, the following:

- Act as the point of contact among executives, employees, clients and other partners
- Coordinate President’s calendar, keeping it up to date by adding events and rescheduling appointments
- Handle administrative requests, set up meetings and corporate travel for President
- Manages and processes expense reports
- Support the President with other specific projects and tasks as required
- Coordinate HR and office operations related administrative tasks and workflow with HR Manager and leadership team
- Assist on leadership related projects and other administrative requests
- Act as an office manager by overseeing daily office operations
- Management of employee time off requests and tracking system
- Organize office events in conjunction with Social Committee
- Regular updating of Company Intranet
- Assist with Provincial licensing and Insurance licensing
- Administration of annual membership renewals
- Adhere to all Company policies and procedures, and industry standards
- Participate in learning opportunities to develop skill-set and knowledge
- Participate in Company functions and meetings
- Other duties may be assigned, directed, or requested

**Competencies & Qualifications**:

- Proven experience as an executive assistant or other relevant administrative support experience
- Relevant post-secondary experience
- Excellent MS Office knowledge
- Ability to build relationships and provide friendly, professional customer service
- Proactive approach to problem-solving with strong decision-making skills
- Excellent professional written and oral communication skills, with a keen eye for accuracy and detail
- Ability to maintain confidentiality of highly sensitive information
- This is an independent role within a team setting, interacting with staff and clients at all levels. Strong organizational skills and the ability to prioritize tasks under pressure to effectively manage multiple projects and tight deadlines is essential.
