Inside Sales Account Manager
This role has been designated as ‘Edge’, which means you will primarily work outside of an HPE office.

**_ Job Family Definition:_**
Manages virtually (by phone, electronically or social media) a set of assigned or acquired accounts. Builds, maintains and forecasts sales pipeline, creates and develops account plans. Works closely with company outside sales, channel partners and/or end customers to move sales opportunities to closure. May generate and qualify leads to create new sales opportunities. Sets and executes sales strategy for assigned portion of account, territory or industry vertical.

- Sells standard solutions for a portion or a set of assigned accounts based on defined account strategies and plans; may partner with field sales or sell independently
- Creates account plan for a portion or a set of assigned accounts that are of low to medium complexity
- May generate and qualify potential leads to be passed to the Inside Sales team.
- Builds targeted sales pipeline.
**_ Education and Experience Required: _**
- Bachelor Degree or equivalent in any field (preferably IT/ Sales )
- 0-3 years of relevant work experience or equivalent
**_ Knowledge and Skills: _**
- Foundational understanding of company's portfolios of products and services
- Foundational understanding of company's portfolios of products and services
- Foundational industry knowledge in a particular territory
- Foundational communication and negotiation skills
- Able to work and collaborate in a team environment
- Depending on role, may require hunter approach or strategic "farmer or relationship selling approach.
- Foundational knowledge in a Customer Relationship Management system or Salesforce system which allows businesses to manage business relationships and the data and information associated with them.

- Crée un plan de compte pour une partie ou un ensemble de comptes assignés de complexité faible à moyenne
- Peut générer et qualifier des pistes potentielles à transmettre à l'équipe des ventes internes.
- Construit un pipeline de ventes ciblé.
Formation et expérience requises:
- Baccalauréat ou équivalent dans n'importe quel domaine (de préférence informatique/vente)
- 0-3 ans d'expérience de travail pertinente ou équivalent
Connaissances et compétences:
- Compréhension fondamentale des portefeuilles de produits et services de l'entreprise
- Compréhension fondamentale des portefeuilles de produits et services de l'entreprise
- Connaissance fondamentale de l'industrie dans un territoire particulier
- Compétences fondamentales en communication et en négociation
- Capable de travailler et de collaborer dans un environnement d'équipe
- Selon le rôle, peut nécessiter une approche de chasseur ou une approche stratégique "d'agriculteur ou de vente relationnelle".
- Connaissances de base d'un système de gestion de la relation client ou d'un système Salesforce permettant aux entreprises de gérer les relations commerciales ainsi que les données et informations qui y sont associées.
