**Testforce Inside Sales Rep**

The Inside Sales Representative is an incredibly rewarding opportunity. The individual will be working with our sales engineers to generate revenue by obtaining new and development new opportunities with existing customers.

**Main Duties and Responsibilities**:

- Generate revenue by selling products to customers.
- Build strong working relationships with both customers and supplier
- Enhance existing customer relationships, Acquiring new customer accounts.
- Help customers find the right solution for their needs.
- Commit to personal growth and development by participating in Testforce sales training sessions.
- Answering inbound calls related to product inquiries (i.e. leads generated by our suppliers).
- Make outbound sales calls using a targeted contact list. (Prospecting product line)
- Track and follow-up on sales opportunities.
- Maintain Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software program by updating account and contact notes, tasks, and opportunities.
- Guide customers through their journey, helping them find solutions to their technical and issues to ensure their success.
- Work with Technical Account managers on plans for  **targeted accounts to ensure success**.
- Educate customers on Testforce product lines and services.
- Participate in the discussion and provide feedback for customers experience improvement in sales meetings.

**Education, Experience and Knowledge**:

- College diploma or certificate in electronics, electrical technologist, mechatronics, or electrical engineering technology strongly preferred.
- Experience in prospecting, generating sales leads, and executing sales.
- Ability to speak French is considered a strong asset.

Description de l'emploi

Le représentant des ventes internes est une opportunité enrichissante. La personne travaillera avec nos ingénieurs commerciaux pour générer des revenus en obtenant de nouveaux comptes clients et de faire croitre les revenues de client existants.

Principales tâches et responsabilités:

- Générer des revenus en vendant des produits aux clients.
- Pouvoir fortifier les relations des comptes clients existants tout en pouvant acquérir de nouveaux comptes clients.
- Pouvoir développer de fortes relations de travail avec les fournisseurs.
- S'engager dans la croissance et le développement personnel en participant aux sessions de formation de vente qu’offre Testforce.
- Répondre aux appels entrants liés aux demandes de produits. (Example : prospects générés par nos fournisseurs)
- Effectuer des appels de vente à l'aide d'une liste de contacts ciblés. (Gamme de produits de prospection)
- Suivi des opportunités de vente
- Maintenir le programme logiciel (CRM) en mettant à jour les contacts, les opportunités les tâches et notes.
- Guider nos clients tout au long de leur parcours, en offrant des solutions à leurs problèmes techniques pour assurer leur succès.
