**The Position**

**Some of the Things You’ll Work On**
- Working closely with the Project Manager and team to understand budget, scope of work and schedule prior to commencement of a project
- Reviewing preliminary design concepts, coordinating, and documenting design development from initial planning and schematic design through construction administration
- Preparing drawings/ documents using AutoCAD/ Revit in accordance with client specifications, budget, applicable building codes, and project timelines.
- Ensuring work adheres to drawing standards and reviewing work of other team members of the same
- Addressing project team's day-to-day questions or issues that may arise while advising the Project Manager of any quality or accuracy concerns
- Attending offsite work, including site visits, meetings with clients, consultants, contractors, and municipalities

**You’ll Need to Have**
- A Degree or Diploma from an accredited institution in Architecture
- 5+ years experience of progressively more responsible roles within Architecture firms, commercial experience preferred
- A strong and demonstrable working knowledge of AutoCAD/Revit
- Leadership skills to lead a successful team
- Effective communication skills, both verbal and written
- Have your own vehicle and valid driver’s license
