**What You'll Do**:
Some important work you will be doing:

- Developing and implementing annual internal communication strategies and plans that align with the company's goals and values.
- Creating and distributing internal communications content.
- Organizing employee engagement initiatives such as all-hands meetings, employee surveys, and employee recognition programs.
- Coordinating internal events.
- Measuring and analyzing the effectiveness of internal communications and engagement efforts, and making adjustments as needed.
- Staying up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in internal communications and employee engagement.
- Developing and maintaining internal communications policies and procedures.
- Interest in internal employment branding and storytelling
- Advising senior leadership on internal communication matters and ensuring that all internal communications align with the company's overall communication strategy.
- Contribute to overall P&C strategy as a member of the P&C Leadership Team.

**Who You Are**:

- 3-5 years of experience in internal communications, employee engagement, or a related field.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, including experience with writing and editing content for internal audiences.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships with employees at all levels of the organization.
- Experience with digital and social media tools and platforms.
- Strong analytical skills, problem solving, and the ability to measure the effectiveness of internal communications and engagement efforts. Ability to make data decisions.
- Knowledge of best practices in internal communications and employee engagement, and the ability to stay up-to-date with industry trends.
- The ability to be creative, think strategically and adapt to change.
- Experience with project management and the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
- Understanding of the company's strategy, goals, objectives and company culture.
