We are seeking a* EIAM & CIAM Manager* to join our team in **Winnipeg, MB or Toronto, ON.**
Under the direction of the VP, Enterprise Information Security, this position will provide the overall leadership of the EIAM & CIAM programs in support of enhancing security for external customers and internal users.

The position of Employee Identity & Access Management (EIAM) & Customer Identity & Access Management (CIAM) Manager is responsible for the rollout of the identity and access management program and tools. The objective is to manage the lifecycle of digital identities and access while achieving security, business enablement, productivity and compliance.

**The **EIAM & CIAM Manager** will: *
- Provide overall leadership to design, build, implement and manage EIAM & CIAM programs.
- Evaluate, recommend, and implement IAM tools in collaboration with key stakeholders.
- Review, develop and implement EIAM & CIAM processes for continuous improvement.
- Responsible for lifecycle of all digital identities (on-premises and cloud services).
- Responsible for a team of EIAM & CIAM analysts.
- Work closely and collaboratively with business units, and technology teams on existing and new initiatives.
- Ensure EIAM & CIAM processes are in place and operating effectively.
- Maintain documentation for the Identity Management program.
- Responsible to define, maintain and achieve Service Level Agreements (SLA) for the EIAM program.
- Maintain and report on Key Risk Indicators (KRI) and Key Performance Indicators (KPI) for access and identity management.
- Perform regular re-certification of access to systems with focus on crown jewel systems across People Corporation and partner firms.
- Responsible to build processes and implement tools enterprise wide for identity and access management.

Ability to communicate to both technical and non-technical teams. Can effectively negotiate with stakeholders, understanding the needs of all parties, managing risk and product delivery.
- Analytical skills - Design and implement processes and technology requires understanding how different parts of the business work together. This position must realize all business processes that define how a company achieves identity and access management for both employees and customers, while also understanding the tools.
- Demonstrate good judgment, a sense of urgency and commitment to high standards of customer service, ethics, regulatory compliance, and business integrity.

- Completion of post-secondary education in Computer Science or Technology.
- 3-5 years managing IAM teams for on-premises and cloud services.
- Understand Authentication/Authorization Models.
- Experience with identity and access management best practices.
- Experience with incident and request management tools and processes
- Experience with implementation and administration of IAM tools
- Experience with development and implementation of processes for identity and access management
- Experience with IAM-related products and solutions, (e.g. Active Directory/LDAP platforms, Privileged Access Management (PAM), single sign-on (SSO) and multi-factor authentication (MFA) remote access strategies).
- Proven track record of achieving SLA
- Experience using best practices such as ITIL processes
