**Job Overview**

**Duties**
- Manage day-to-day administrative functions within the property management office.
- Perform data entry tasks, maintaining accurate records of tenant information, lease agreements, and maintenance requests.
- Possible property site visits and other field work.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing tenant inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
- Maintain organized filing systems for all property-related documents.
- Collaborate with the property management team and owners to ensure compliance with regulations and company policies.
- Support sales efforts by providing necessary documentation and assistance during leasing processes.
- Liaison with various community stakeholders regarding housing needs

**Experience**
- Strong data entry skills with attention to detail for accurate record keeping.
- Excellent customer service abilities, demonstrating a professional demeanor in all interactions.
- Experience negotiating contracts or lease agreements is desirable or willing to learn.
- Proficiency in Adobe, ability to create spread sheets and maintaining data bases required. Knowledge of property management software helpful.
- Ability to file legal documents and keep accurate records of all legal proceedings.
- Knowledge of the RTA (Residential Tenancy Act) helpful but not required.

**Job Types**: Part-time, Fixed term contract
Contract length: 6 months

Pay: From $20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 16 per week
