Business Mobile Support Coordinator

As a Business Mobile Support Coordinator you will responsible for providing superior customer service to Eastlink’s enterprise level business mobile customers. Responsibilities include processing orders, conducting service changes, troubleshooting, and account maintenance all while managing client expectations and maintaining excellent customer relationships.
**Responsibilities**:
- Ensuring small to medium level client requests are completed in a timely manner based on the guidelines set forth, escalating tickets with follow up to other departments as required to ensure guidelines are met.
- Dealing with issues from small to medium level business customers and resolving problems completely.
- Providing support to fellow Business Mobile staff in general.
- Providing information for generating reports.
**Qualifications**:
- 2 years of Customer Service experience
- Brings positive energy with a customer-focused attitude
- Balances the importance of the customer relationship with requirement to follow procedure
- A natural multi-tasker with strong computer skills and attention to detail
- Sees change as a positive
- A true team player who is willing to jump in to support your team without being asked
- Thrives on the sense of accomplishment that comes from achieving goals
