The Business Integrity team's mission is to uphold ethical advertising on TikTok, and we're looking for teammates who are passionate about fostering best faith business practices toward our global audience.
The newly formed E-Commerce Business Integrity team focuses on the e-commerce risk control domain in collaboration with internal and external cross-functional teams to collect signals, clarify risk level, explore risk features, governance risks within the e-commerce advertisement traffic, as well as improve the infrastructure. We are looking for a Product Manager who will be responsible for the design and implementation of customer transparency products and strategies on TikTok Ads Manager.
**Responsibilities**:
- Plan the direction and pace of product and strategy iteration and achieve risk control goals in various commercial areas. This requires a profound understanding of advertisers and TikTok users, along with knowledge of the commercial logic in specific business scenarios, and the ability to analyze customer intentions and user experience pain points.
- Focus on risk and user experience related data indicators, identify core issues in various scenarios, scientifically construct a reasonable OKR system and continuously improve customer transparency for a better advertisement ecosystem
- Consistently deep-dive into situations and data, discover problems, opportunities, and especially blind spots
- Pay attention to competitors, make timely adjustments to product planning based on relevant environmental policies and competitor dynamics, and deliver industry-leading products and strategies
**Qualifications**:
- Bachelor's degree or above
- Fluency or proficiency in Mandarin, for product launches and communication with external stakeholders
- 3+ years experience in product management, having launched at least one product from 0-1 (this does not include total years of experience)
- Experience building solutions addressing content/actor risk or user experience pain point
- Expert level on analyses data both quantitative and qualitative to address strategy and product decisions
- Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to influence stakeholders

Job Information
The base salary range for this position in the selected city is CAD$ 158000- CAD$ 299000 annually.
The compensation for this position is based on a monthly compensation structure. The range specified is the expected annual compensation for a person in this position.

**Our time off and leave plans are**: 11 paid holidays per year plus 15 days of vacation (prorated upon hire and increased by tenure) and 7 paid sick days per year as well as 13 weeks of supplemental paid maternity leave top-up and 10 weeks of Supplemental Paid Parental Leave top-up.
