Field Manager

The Field Manager is based out of Toronto and is responsible for ensuring compliance with all contractual obligations to our clients and that the policies, procedures and stated objectives of the organization are met.

- Ensuring Vehicle Checks are completed and catalogued
- Primary Contact for Tractik - employee access, system maintenance and client customer service
- Track, Monitor and amend training requirements in Winteam as necessary
- Advise and inform Senior Management of critical incidents
- Brief Senior Management on issues as required
- Attends and oversees all critical incidents that may occur
- Investigate and report on all occupation health & safety incidents following the procedures set out in the corporate OH&S manual
- Attends and investigates all officer involved Motor Vehicle Incidents (MVIs)

**Qualifications**
- 3-5 years of industry experience in a leadership position is considered an important asset
- Class G Driver’s License is required
- Experience with Paladin Mobile Division is an asset
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- High level of professionalism
- Ability to write comprehensive reports and maintain proper records
