**As a Diversity, Equity & Inclusion Specialist, you have the opportunity to create meaningful change by working on multiple areas within DEI that are of interest to you, while advancing Intact’s DEI objectives. In our team structure, this role is at the highest level as an Individual contributor, with the ability to influence, provide expert advice and work on new and innovative DEI initiatives.**

In this role, you will report to the Manager of Diversity, Equity & Inclusion, and work alongside a small, but mighty team of experts in the field. You have the opportunity to lead the strategy, planning and implementation of some impactful DEI projects and partner closely with your team, HR business partners and leadership, and employee champions.

**What you’ll do here**
- Provide expertise and act as a strategic advisor in matters related to DEI
- Nurture Intact’s DEI vision by providing insights and coaching as well as data, analytics, and content
- Manage and lead project teams and / or major projects with HR, talent acquisition and talent management
- Drive DEI initiatives and action plans as well as develop resources and tools to advance our DEI goals
- Support employee relations as well as initiatives geared to under-represented talent that promote diversity, equity, and inclusion at Intact
- Partner with HR, Corporate Communications, Human Resources and Business Partners to operationalize, communicate and promote our efforts
- Benchmark best practices and collect/analyze organizational metrics to identify opportunities to strengthening DEI across Intact
- Network with external organizations and partners to stay current with best practices that will help drive new programs, enhancements, and initiatives

**What you bring to the table**:

- 8 or more years of DEI experience with a solid understanding of principles and best practices
- Experience leading projects and change management
- Advanced PowerPoint and Excel skills to build impactful presentations for business and HR audiences
- An aptitude to aggregate and validate data and develop insights for business stakeholders
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- An inspiring team player with a collaborative working style
- Can work with precision in a fast-paced setting
- Bilingualism (English/French) is preferred
