We have an exciting opportunity for a Manager, ID&E to join our team. This role will work with our Human Resources, Executive ID&E Council, Chief Mental Health Officer, Marketing & Communications, Social Impact team, and network of People Networks (Employee Resource Groups) to advance our ID&E priorities. The role will have a strong emphasis on metrics and reporting, engagement & communications, managing programs and initiatives, and external sponsorships. This individual will report directly to the Senior Manager, ID&E.

**What you will do**

To support the delivery of the overall ID&E strategy, this role will be responsible for:

- **ID&E Programs & Initiatives
- **Plan and deliver equity, inclusion and mental health programs, training, and strategic initiatives both internally and externally, with a focus on one or more of - Black People, Indigenous Peoples, People of Colour, Women, Persons with Disabilities, 2SLGBQTIA+, and/or Newcomers to Canada - based on experience, opportunity, interest and/or lived experience.
- **Insights & Reporting - **Deliver ID&E reporting across key talent processes (representation, recruitment, advancement, retention, performance, employee listening), training, and mental health - both manually in Excel and in dashboards
- that enable ID&E team and Program Owners to execute data-driven interventions and track impact.
- **Identify Trends & Recommendations**:Visualize and bring together insights from multiple data sources. Identify the story behind the numbers, highlight key trends and opportunities, and recommendation practical actions to address. Present to stakeholders at all levels in the firm.
- **Scorecards & Metrics - **Continually design, develop, and update ID&E reporting, dashboards, scorecards, and key performance indicators to track progress.
- **Engagement & Communications - **Draft internal and external communications and social media for our programs, create presentation materials, and respond to external-facing asks.
- **People Network Enablement - **Engaging People Networks as strategic ID&E partners, enabling their growth, supporting them in amplifying their voices through innovative internal and external communications / campaigns, and enabling them to engage allies through impactful firmwide education.
- **Project Management - **Manage initiatives and projects that involve collaboration with various stakeholders. Responsible for end-to-end project management, ensuring timelines, communication and key deliverables are being met.

**What you bring to the role
- 5+ years of relevant work experience, with a demonstrated ability to operate at a Manager-level
- Experience leading and/or managing inclusion, equity, diversity, mental health, anti-racism related initiatives, training and/or programs
- Strong commitment to and knowledge of ID&E principles and practices
- Prior experience working with large data sets (both in Excel and dashboards) to deliver metrics
- Ability to visualize multiple data sources into presentations in PowerPoint
- Strong written communication skills, with demonstrated experience writing clear and impactful communications to various audiences
- Strong verbal communication skills, with demonstrated experience presenting to stakeholders at various levels
- Proven ability to develop and build strong relationships both internally and externally
- Knowledge of talent processes (recruitment, promotion, and performance management) would be considered a strong asset
- Deadline-driven, with highly effective time management skills and ability to prioritize while managing several initiatives and programs simultaneously

The ability to fluently write and speak in French would be considered a strong asset
