**WHAT YOU WILL DO IN THIS ROLE**
As a Customer Service Representative, you’ll:
- Resolve technical issues
- Resolve billing enquiries
- Provide offers targeted for wireless/cable/internet services
- Change plans
- Follow client policy/process/procedures
- Ensure first call resolution and customer satisfaction
- Deliver expert customer experiences with a smile
**YOUR QUALIFICATIONS**
Your skills, integrity, knowledge, and genuine compassion will deliver value and success with every customer interaction. Other qualifications for our Customer Service Representative role include:
- Minimum of 1 year customer service experience
- Completion of High School or equivalent ( No Student openings)
- Available to work FT Mon-Sat 8am-11pm AST and Sun 10am-9pm AST
- Background clearance
- Complete/pass a language assessment (English), typing test, PC navigation
- Proficiency in fast-paced multi-tasking
- Eagerness to learn new technologies
- Available to complete 8 weeks of training
