**Position Title**:Associate Manager, Omni-Enablement
**Location**:Brampton, ON
**Reports to**:Sr. Manager, eCommerce

**Position Overview**:
The Associate Manager, Omni Enablement will support Newell Brands overall omni-channel strategy by identifying opportunities, solutions and implementing infrastructure to achieve continuous, sustainable growth. You will be responsible for providing an omni-lens on Newell’s go-to-market strategies, delivering a cohesive customer experience for all business segments. To achieve success in this role you will collaborate and work cross functionally with internal teams including eCommerce, marketing, sales, IT, finance and distribution.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Drive omnichannel operations cross functionally, while identifying and managing the development of solutions that enhance our brands, delivering greater efficiency at scale
- Act as a lynch pin between Sales, Segments and eCommerce/Digital Capability teams
- Provide Omni-lens within strategic planning, go-to-market strategies and ensure operational readiness
- Support the onboarding of emerging customers, new business and segment specific eCommerce support
- Maintain and provide ongoing assessment of Pan-Newell curated assortment framework across all segments
- Develop and embed category playbooks for curated across the organization
- Digital shelf and content deployment (Syndication)
- Develop consistent item setup and maintenance process Pan-Newell leveraging one set of tools in streamlining process
- Implement a Pan-Newell approach to measuring performance as it pertains to content health and share of search
- Develop Pan-Newell Dropship principles for deployment to improve efficiency and sustainability of capability
- Continuous review of operational opportunities as it relates to fulfillment methods, customer programs, packaging, forecasting, etc.
- Take on ad-hoc Pan-Newell projects in developing frameworks that benefit from one way of operating requiring one singular infrastructure build

**Qualifications**:

- 3+ years of relevant experience in the Consumer-Packaged Goods (CPG) industry and/or in an eCommerce, Omnichannel function
- Proven experience delivering dynamic growth plans, creative solutions to challenging situations and can manage multiple priorities effectively
- Experience with EDI integration, CommerceHub and retailer platforms considered an asset
- Digital marketing/content implantation or user experience (Syndication, PIM, DAM, etc.)
- An entrepreneurial mindset, cross-functional teamwork and strategic thinking
- High proficiency in Excel, Power Point, Nielsen
