L’équipe des programmes stratégiques au sein de l’organisation

Product & Technology est responsable de l’évaluation des produits et

des technologies développés par les sociétés acquises, ainsi que de

leur vérification et de leur intégration dans Workday. Elle participe

activement à l’évaluation de la transaction, tant du point de vue de la

stratégie-produit que de celui de la compatibilité et de la maturité

techniques. Depuis les étapes de planification et de diligence qui

précèdent l’acquisition jusqu’aux étapes d’intégration, d’exécution et

d’alignement des produits et des techniques qui suivent l’acquisition,

l’équipe fait partie intégrante de l’ensemble du processus. Compte

tenu de la nature multifacette des acquisitions, nous recherchons une

personne expérimentée dotée d’un esprit de leadership, axée sur les

résultats et possédant une grande maîtrise technique; elle devra être

capable d’exercer une influence positive et d’offrir des conseils dans

l’ensemble des fonctions et des organisations afin de contribuer à la

réalisation des objectifs communs et à la mise en place de plans

détaillés.

The Strategic Programs team in the Product & Technology organization is responsible for all product and technology evaluation, diligence and integration of acquired companies into Workday. We are actively involved in the deal evaluation from both product strategy and technical affinity and maturity point of view. We are engaged from pre acquisition diligence and planning through post acquisition product and technical integration, execution and alignment. Given the multifaceted nature of acquisitions, we are seeking an experienced result oriented, technically astute leader with the ability to influence and advise across functions and organizations to drive shared objectives and detailed plans

Ce poste offre lʼoccasion de prendre en charge la direction des responsabilités essentielles liées à l’évaluation, à la planification et à l’exécution de lʼintégration des acquisitions futures de Workday. Dans le cadre de son travail aux côtés des dirigeants fonctionnels et techniques, la personne choisie fera preuve d’influence et devra rendre compte de ses actions dans les domaines de la conception, de la priorisation et de lʼexécution des activités clés tout au long du cycle de vie dʼune transaction. Elle devra axer ses efforts sur lʼintégration des produits et les aspects techniques tels que la sécurité, lʼarchitecture, le processus de développement, lʼinfrastructure et lʼaccessibilité. La personne choisie devra démontrer un niveau élevé de connaissances techniques, de solides compétences dans les domaines de la facilitation de stratégies, de la prise de décision transversale, de la définition de processus globaux et du suivi de ces derniers, de même qu’une maîtrise parfaite de toutes les questions liées à l’intégration. Elle travaillera principalement en partenariat avec des cadres dirigeants et des spécialistes de l’intégration dans les domaines des produits et de la technologie, et en collaboration avec les principaux acteurs dans les secteurs du développement de l’entreprise, des ventes, des services, des finances, des ressources humaines, ainsi que dans d’autres fonctions de l’entreprise. Il s’agit d’un poste idéal pour une ou un spécialiste de l’intégration aux compétences transversales qui possède une aptitude à transformer une stratégie générale en matière de produits et de technologies en un plan d’exécution clair, en collaboration avec de multiples partenaires.
