- Create comprehensive business cases justifying project efforts and expenses, with a focus on operational efficiency and financial targets.

**Qualifications**:

- Extensive program management experience, particularly in IT and technology-driven environments.
- Proven track record of successfully managing large-scale programs and making impactful strategic decisions.
- Strong leadership skills, with a demonstrated ability to lead diverse, cross-functional teams.
- Excellent communication abilities, including proficiency in both English and French to effectively manage teams in Montreal.
- Relevant certifications in Project Management (PMI) and Agile methodologies.
- Demonstrated proficiency in developing and presenting compelling business cases to support project decisions and strategies.
