**Job Summary**

**What is the opportunity?**

In this role, you will be the Primary Market Manager responsibilities for assigned countries / agent banks. You will be responsible for the oversight, monitoring and risk analysis of assigned agent bank relationships and support the internal functioning of the network advisory function. You will also be responsible for providing effective contributions to material regulatory, market or internal Network Management projects and for the regional coverage for Global Market Information responsibilities.

**What will you do?**
- Ownership of assigned primary markets
- Ownership and Analysis of Due Diligence and Risk Assessment including On Site Call report and Continuous risk Assessment information analysis leveraging quality analysis from vendor
- Commercial and contractual negotiations for agent banks
- Maintenance and good appreciation of global regulatory frameworks
- Market news assessment and impact response determination for RBC and Clients
- Shared ownership of RFP evaluation leveraging vendor analysis
- Manage operational escalations with agent banks and determine when upward escalation required to NW advisors
- Manage market developments and working with internal partners to develop and implement new or revised services for clients
- Promote network management function and build internal partnerships
- Regulatory reporting as necessary
- Awareness and implementation of regulatory or market changes and other network management projects, as required
- Support general Network Initiatives with Network Management related Projects, Regulatory, compliance and Audit requirements

**What do you need to succeed?**

**Must-have**
- 4+ years of experience in related field
- Strong and in depth experience of custody industry over sustained period
- Relationship Management and Negotiation skills required
- Excellent presentation, communication and senior influencing skills
- Degree or professional qualification preferred
