Based in **Parry Sound**,** **the **Maintenance/Landscape Property Technician **will report to the Property Manager and will have a wide range of duties which ultimately focus on helping achieve the overall maintenance and improvement of our client’s properties.

**What You’ll Do**:
The Maintenance/Landscape Property Technician will be part of the Property Management team within TULLOCH’s Contract Administration division. You will:

- Contribute to the delivery of completed landscaping and construction projects
- Assist the Property Manager in projects that require some knowledge of mechanics and carpentry
- Wear PPE and adhere to TULLOCH’s Health & Safety procedures at all times
- Follow safe handling procedures for use of equipment and tools
- Complete daily checks of equipment and tools, as required

- You are willing to travel between client sites

- Superior organizational and multi-tasking skills
- A valid Class G driver’s licence is considered an asset
