WHAT DOES A CLIENT SERVICE COORDINATOR DO?
In a typical day, you’ll be excited to start the morning with a coffee in-hand, energized and self-motivated to be the voice of Careica Health. You will be surrounded by a small team (family) in an office environment ready to serve clients over the phone and occasionally, in person. You're the quarterback of the operation providing support to our clinical team and ensuring a positive client experience. Our clients first interactions happen with you, and after hearing your kind voice and soothing empathy they will feel great about choosing Careica Health for their therapy needs. We are a specialized provider, so you’ll always welcome the opportunity to educate/empower clients on our unique services, processes and equipment. We are quite automated, so you will be comfortable with learning various software programs and quick charting of notes. There are also basic accounting functions (A/R) as well as inventory management.

WHAT QUALIFICATIONS DO I NEED FOR THIS ROLE?
- Completion of high school
- Medical office education or experience preferred
- Well organized and tech savvy (able to confidently perform MS Office)

THE DEETS
- This is a full-time gig, with a 37.5-hour work week
