Burnaby, Canada Launch Rehab Full time

At Launch Rehab, we are looking to add a personable and team-oriented Office
Administrator to our growing clinic. The role provides customer service and
administrative assistance to clients of rehabilitative therapists.

Main Duties and Tasks:
Include, but are not limited to:

- Supporting the therapy team in the delivery of care
- Completing administrative tasks in a timely and efficient manner
- Assisting clients to set up treatment plans for various carriers; including ICBC,
WorkSafe BC, MSP, extended health insurance
- Liaising with case managers and insurance adjusters
- Executing payment billing and accepting payments
- Booking appointments
- General clinic maintenance
- Communicating with management to promote a positive and collaborative team
culture
- Exceptional customer service skills
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Attention to detail and ability to plan, organise, and prioritise work
- Ability to work independently as well as with a team
- Ability to analyse, problem-solve, and take initiative
- Knowledge of Janeapp is recommended but not required

**Salary**: $19.00-$21.00 per hour
