**Office Assistant/ Social Media Manager**

**Brief Description**

**Tasks**
- Answer phone calls and direct calls to appropriate parties and/or take messages
- Develop and maintain a filing system
- Update and maintain office policies and procedures
- Greet and provide general support to customers entering our showroom
- Perform general bookkeeping work (payroll, payables, receivables)
- Manage online orders and prepare invoices and packing slips
- Establish social media platforms and implement a content schedule to be followed
- Ensure that social media platforms are remaining active and effective

**Qualifications and Requirements**
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize work
- Working knowledge of office equipment, like printers and fax machines
- Atenon to detail and problem solving skills
- Strong organizaonal skills with the ability to mul-task
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- Experience using social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter etc.)
- High School diploma; additional qualifications in related fields an asset
- Bilingual (English and French) is an asset

**Salary Range**

**Salary**: $20.00-$25.00 per hour

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Cornwall, ON: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

**Education**:

- Secondary School (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Administrative experience (preferred)
- Front desk (preferred)

Work Location: In person
