Shared Health leads the planning and coordinates the integration of patient
- centered clinical and preventive health services across Manitoba. The organization also delivers some province-wide health services and supports centralized administrative and business functions for Manitoba health organizations.

**Position Overview**:
Under the direction of the Director of Operational Planning, the Project Manager will manage the planning, implementation and completion of projects.

**Experience**:

- Minimum of three years of progressively responsible business/project management leadership experience in a complex environment
- Experience in a healthcare setting is preferred
- Lean Six Sigma experience is a definite asset

**Education (Degree/Diploma/Certificate)**:

- Business background with relevant degree / certification

**Certification/Licensure/Registration**:

- Project Management Professional certification an asset
- Lean Six Sigma certification is an asset

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to work independently and interact with all levels within a team-based organization
- Self-motivated
- Strong computer skills
- Effective time management skills
