The Inside Sales/Credit Administrator will be responsible for:

- Answering incoming customer calls for new accounts for commercial and residential customers
- Updating customer information in the database during/after each call
- Posting payments and preparing statements
- Processing EFT payments daily to commercial accounts
- Accounts receivable for commercial and residential accounts
- Generating reports and spreadsheets with Excel and other software
- Able to build positive rapport with callers and deliver excellent customer service
- Highly professional and able to help customers with sensitivity, tact, and diplomacy at all times
- Skilled in communicating effectively - both verbally and written, and with a strong grammar imperative
- Adept at typing and proficient in Microsoft Excel, Office, Word, and accounting software
- Adaptable and able to learn new processes and technologies
- Dependable and a positive team player
- Detail-oriented with above average organizational skills
- Able to multi-task in a busy environment
- Able to thrive under pressure and meet tight deadlines

Schedule:
The schedule for this role is Monday-Friday from 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM, with two paid 15-minute breaks and one unpaid 30-minute lunchbreak per day.
